The Lucid Bluetooth products can connect wirelessly to your smartphone. To connect, ensure your Lucid headset or neckband is turned on and press the pairing button to initiate Bluetooth® pairing mode. The LED will flash blue then red to indicate that the device is in pairing mode. On the device you want to connect, follow the manufacturer's instructions to locate and connect to "Lucid Audio NHE BT." If you cannot see a device named "Lucid Audio NHE", press and hold down the Bluetooth® pairing button (middle button on outside left paddle) until Bluetooth® Indicator light flashes. Then choose the device on phone and press it to make the flash become constant. The LED will flash blue every few seconds once the headset or neckband is paired.
To pair an additional device, press and hold the pairing button for a few seconds and then release it. The LED will flash blue then red to indicate that the device is in pairing mode. On the device you want to connect, follow the manufacturer's instructions to locate and connect to "Lucid Audio NHE BT." The LED will flash blue every few seconds once the device is paired.
When reconnecting the device, it will automatically search for the last paired device to connect to when first turned on. If the last paired device is not immediately found, it will continue searching for a connection for a few minutes before the Bluetooth® feature turns off.

Lucid Audio Product Warranty
Lucid Audio offers a Limited Warranty and warranties its products to the original purchasers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Under this warranty, the product will be replaced or repaired at Lucid Audio’s option. Copy of the original receipt or gift receipt, is required for any warranty service. To enact the warranty, the customer is required to contact our Customer Service Group at 1-800-775-7124 to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number PRIOR to returning product.
This warranty is void if any of the following occur:
- The unit is not accompanied by a copy of the receipt or gift receipt from the original purchaser.
- The product has been tampered with, opened or punctured, or the serial number has been defaced.
- The product has been altered, improperly used or maintained, subjected to power surge or improper voltage, immersed in water or other liquid, allowed to be filled with dirt or otherwise physically abused.
- The one year limited warranty has expired. Please inquire about other options from your Customer Service Representative.
This shall be the exclusive warranty of the original purchaser and neither this warranty nor any other warranty, expressed or implied, shall extend beyond the 12-month period listed above. The warranty may not be transferred or assigned by the purchaser.
In no event shall Lucid Audio be liable for consequential property damage or consequential personal injury, nor shall Lucid Audio be liable for any amount greater than the price paid to Lucid Audio for the product. (Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of consequential damages, so these restrictions may not apply to you).
Although we are sure you will be pleased with your Lucid Audio purchase, items purchased at LucidAudio.com may be returned within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund. For up to 60 days you may return your Lucid Audio AMPED products for a credit or exchange.
If you need to send your product back to us, please use the original manufacturer’s packaging and ensure it is in new condition. Lucid Audio products that have been used, modified, or damaged, will not be eligible for return.
Prior to returning an item, please contact one of our Customer Service Team Members at 1-800-775-7124. They will set you up with a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Just add the RMA to the original invoice and include it with the packaged product.
When we receive and inspect the return, a refund or credit will be issued right away.
